Emma Cook
Law Student Intern / CoordinatorEmma Cook is a law student at the University of Connecticut School of Law. She graduated from the Boston College Honors Program with a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Psychology. As an undergraduate she conducted research on the developmental origins of cooperation and fairness. Emma has an extensive background working with children and families, which has inspired her to pursue family law.
At UConn Law, Emma competes as a member of the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Society. Most recently, she traveled to New York to represent UConn at the CINEMA competition at Cardozo Law School where she was nominated for the Best Advocate Award. She is also an active member of the First Generation Students Association and the Family Law Association. In her free time, Emma enjoys reading, baking new recipes, and playing fetch with her two cats, Birdie and Goose.
