Leah Connors comes to RRLG with over 15 years of experience in operations, financial management, and customer service. In her past roles, Leah successfully led a team of executives, implementing innovative strategies that resulted in a 15% increase in operational efficiency and financial growth. Her keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills have been instrumental in reducing costs and improving overall productivity.
She has a proven track record of developing and implementing customer service initiatives that have significantly boosted customer retention and satisfaction rates. Her approach to customer service is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a commitment to resolving issues promptly and effectively. Leah holds a Six Sigma, LEAN Certification.
Leah lives in Rocky Hill with her wonderful daughter and two cats, Onyx and Roary. In her free time, Leah loves yoga, brunch, traveling and cooking. She is a certified doula and a certified lactation consultant, and absolutely loves helping with young ones! She is excited to be on the team of RRLG and learn how to best serve your family.
