Sydney Legagneur

Sydney Legagneur comes from a large family which has helped shaped her viewpoint when handling complex family dynamics and finding solutions. Her desire to work closely with individuals and their families has always played an integral role in Sydney’s legal career and even in her own life.

Sydney completed her undergraduate studies at Providence College in 2019, majoring in Social Work, Humanities and Business and gained invaluable experience working with diverse populations. Sydney pursued her passion to help families at the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University by becoming the president of the Family Law Society and through various internship opportunities in family law both in Philadelphia and Connecticut.

After graduating from law school, Sydney worked on various legal matters, including family matters, for a year as a judicial law clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court. At Rich Rochlin Law Group, Sydney’s unwavering dedication to family law has motivated her to do all she can to help her clients navigate their complex family matters and bring well-thought-out solutions to all parties involved.

Sydney resides in Vernon, Connecticut, with her partner and their pup Dale-Murphy. Sydney was born and raised in Connecticut and enjoys spending time with her family as much as possible. In her free time, Sydney loves singing acapella, attending sporting events (Providence College Basketball and Uconn Football) and exploring new restaurants both locally and during her travels abroad.
